6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective delivery, clients agree to:

- Approve creatives and strategies in a timely manner
- Comply with platform policies (Meta, Google, etc.)
7. Third-Party Platforms
RPKD Marketings works with third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, WhatsApp, CRM tools, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for:
- Platform outages
- Policy changes
- Account suspensions caused by platform rules
- Algorithm changes affecting performance
8. Limitation of Liability
RPKD Marketings shall not be liable for:

- Indirect or consequential damages
Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid for the service period in question.
